How can I access my MedSave Card details?
Ans:- On MedSave website click on MTNL link. You should have your card
number/policy number enter the same in the given field and press search.

If you want to search the details using the Policy number, following
screen will come up:-
After filling the “Enter Search” by either Employee Code, Name or PPO No.
following screen will be displayed. The same screen will come up directly
if you search the details using the card number.

What if I have not received my mediclaim card/misplaced it at the
time of emergency?
Ans: You
can print the card using the same link as mentioned above and click
on “Print

Card”

More Details->>” following page will appear that will give you
the complete details of the sum assured and the current balance.
Q. 4. How can I check the status of my claim?
Ans: On the above
displaced page click on “Cashless/Claim Status More Details”. The

is deducted or not?
Ans: Click on “Deduct Amt” and the new window will open up with the
details.
